Jet Society may assist clients with:

aircraft charter sourcing

concierge services

client communications with certified operators

Jet Society is not an air carrier and does not operate aircraft unless explicitly stated in writing.

All charter flights are performed by FAA-certified air carriers, including operators authorized under Part 135 regulations, who maintain full operational control of the aircraft.

The operating carrier is solely responsible for:

aircraft operation

crew

safety

regulatory compliance

maintenance

dispatch decisions

3. Broker Disclosure

Jet Society acts solely as a charter broker or intermediary between the client and the operating carrier.

Jet Society:

does not own aircraft

does not control flight operations

does not employ flight crew

does not provide air transportation directly

The transportation agreement exists between the passenger and the operating carrier.

Jet Society facilitates the booking process and client coordination.

4. Quotes and Aircraft Availability

All charter quotes provided by Jet Society:

are estimates only

are subject to aircraft availability

may change until confirmed in a formal charter agreement

Pricing may be affected by:

aircraft repositioning

fuel pricing

airport fees

crew duty limits

international permits

regulatory restrictions

weather conditions

Jet Society does not guarantee availability of a specific aircraft model.

Aircraft substitutions may occur when necessary for operational or safety reasons.

5. Charter Agreement

A flight is considered confirmed only when:

A charter agreement is issued

The agreement is accepted or signed

Required payments are received

Passenger information is submitted

The charter agreement may be issued by:

the operating carrier

Jet Society acting as broker on behalf of the carrier

6. Payment Terms

Payment requirements will be specified in the charter agreement.

Payments may include:

charter flight cost

repositioning fees

international handling fees

landing permits

catering

ground transportation

concierge services

Full payment is typically required prior to departure.

Jet Society reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the required timeframe.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on:

operator policies

trip complexity

cancellation fees

non-refundable deposits

minimum cancellation notice periods

Applicable cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

8. Operational Delays and Schedule Changes

Jet Society will assist in coordinating alternatives when possible but does not guarantee schedule performance.

9. Passenger Identification and Compliance

international travel documentation

Failure to provide required documentation may result in denied boarding.

10. International Travel Responsibilities

For international flights, passengers are responsible for:

passports and visas

customs declarations

vaccination requirements

entry permits

compliance with local regulations

Jet Society may assist with coordination but is not responsible for travel documentation compliance.

11. Third-Party Services

Jet Society may coordinate services from third parties including:

aircraft operators

Fixed Base Operators (FBOs)

catering providers

ground transportation companies

concierge providers

Jet Society is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the State of Florida:

Jet Society LLC shall not be liable for:

flight delays

flight cancellations

operational issues

aircraft substitutions

passenger inconvenience

indirect or consequential damages

Operational responsibility lies exclusively with the operating air carrier.

13. Website Use

Users agree not to:

misuse the website

attempt unauthorized access to systems

transmit harmful software

use the website for unlawful purposes

All website content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Jet Society LLC.

14. Privacy

Use of the website and services is governed by the Jet Society Privacy Policy.

15. Force Majeure
